The whole thought behind this platform is to help people book services in a flash and with ease and at the same time service providers can manage these appointments and concentrate on delivering their best. My Book Master is a one of a kind unique website which helps business owners manage their appointments and payments without having to bother about their physical presence. The client has to just simply log into the website, view the service they need and book an appointment. The service provider has a choice to introduce advance payment in order to confirm appointment and reduce losses. As soon as a booking is made both the client and the service provider shall get an SMS of confirmation and at the same time also for a reminder on a due date before appointment The administrator of the website manages its global appearance. Admin can update any feature of the website and update any new services. The admin cannot modify any personal info and can neither alter nor change any part of the user profile and schedules or appointments or the services they extend. Admin can manage the website for its global type information like contact us sections, email id, etc. Global settings are pre-defined so they can be modified only.

The website development was a challenging experience altogether. By working on the website, we gained valuable knowledge about appointment management, payment management and client satisfaction.
